Our Team and Training
Our carers and support workers complete induction training before they support anyone, followed by ongoing training and regular supervision. Training covers areas such as safeguarding, medication and moving and handling.
Meet the TeamAdult Care and Support Questions
We support adults aged 18 and over, including people with learning disabilities, autistic people, people with mental health needs and older adults. The first step is a conversation and an assessment.
We will always talk through needs openly. If we can meet them safely, we will explain how. If we cannot, we will tell you honestly and help you find the right support.
Yes. We review support regularly and whenever needs change. Support can increase, or reduce as confidence and independence grow.
Yes, as much as the person wants them to be. Families, advocates and people who know the person well are welcome in planning and reviews.
Yes. We work with social workers, local authority teams, NHS teams and commissioners, and we also support people who arrange and fund their own care.
Not Sure What Kind of Support Is Right?
Talk it through with our team. We will listen, answer your questions and explain your options, with no pressure to decide anything on the call.
